The right sauna temperature makes every sauna session more enjoyable. A sauna that is too hot can quickly become uncomfortable, while one that is too cool may leave the steam feeling underwhelming. Fortunately, finding the ideal temperature is fairly simple once you understand the factors that have an effect on how the heat feels.
For Finns, the sauna is a place to unwind and enhance overall well-being. With small, thoughtful touches, an ordinary home sauna can be transformed into a spa-level experience.
