Remote control the heater with your smartphone 

Turning the heater on and off, timing and temperature control are easily done from the front page of the app that controls the WiFi heater. You can also adjust the on-time, timing and temperature of the heater while it is heating. 

Monitor your heater's electricity consumption and heating output 

The app provides interesting statistics on the use of your heater, including the electricity consumption of the heater, the number of heating cycles and total heating time, as well as the average electricity consumption per heating cycle. 

Track the real cost of sauna bathing 

You can track the cost of your sauna at any time by entering the electricity price in the app. This way, you will know how much of your electricity bill is accounted for by your sauna. 

An app to help you take care of your heater 

Replacing the heater stones is one of the most important maintenance steps you can take to ensure a long life for your heater. Through the app, you can keep track of the number of times you heat your heater, and the app will also remind you when it's time to replace the stones. 

Convenient user management 

You can create multiple users in the app to control the heater, including temporary users, for example for cottage tenants. You can also choose whether or not the user sees the data related to the sauna in the app. 

Maintain a sauna diary

The remote-controlled heater is safe 

Remote control of Mondex WiFi sauna heaters is safe, and a remotely controlled heater is also well suited for families with children, for example. All Mondex WiFi sauna heaters are supplied with a door sensor that is installed on the sauna door, and correct installation and use of this sensor are prerequisites for remote control to function. To ensure safe heating, remote control of the heater via a smartphone requires that the heater has first been set to standby mode from the heater’s control panel, which can be installed, for example, in the bathroom or dressing room. Activating standby mode, in turn, requires that you have first checked the sauna for any items that could pose a fire risk and that the sauna door has been closed.  

You can set the heater to standby mode, for example, in the morning before leaving for work. The door sensor detects if the door is opened after standby mode has been activated, in which case the standby mode and any scheduled heating are cancelled. The heater cannot be controlled via the mobile app again until it has been set to standby mode once more. 

In addition to the phone, it is also possible to control the Wi-Fi heater via the control panel.
