Premec Oy will change its name to Mondex Oy on June 30, 2025, as Premec Oy’s contract manufacturing operations are merged into Oy Darekon Ltd. Teppo Petäjistö, previously Mondex’s Director of Business Development, will assume the position of CEO of Mondex Oy on July 1, 2025. Mondex Oy will continue to operate as part of the Oy Darekon Ltd group.

Teppo joined Premec Oy in 2017 as a product development engineer in the sauna and heater segment. Since then, he has held several key roles within the company, including developing production processes and leading business development, with a particular focus on product development and innovation.

Teppo has a deep understanding of our products and the industry, and he is guided by clear objectives: to grow our business, strengthen international partnerships, and further develop high-quality sauna solutions that reflect Finnish expertise.
